If a dispute arises between a customer and CasaLuxe Direct, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally. Customers may contact our support team at info@casaluxedirect.com within 30 days of the issue arising.

Mediation and Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree that the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Houston, Texas, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

Governing Law

This agreement and any dispute arising from it will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Class Action Waiver

Customers agree that any dispute will be resolved individually and not as part of any class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.

Exceptions

Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for alleged infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.
